Management Team

The LOGMET Management Team has the best and most in-depth Department of Defense management experience, because We are Veterans. The following are brief summaries of our management team. 

  •  Chief Executive Officer (CEO).  The CEO is an Air Force  Service Disabled Veteran, and was the Lockheed Martin Logistics Manager/Deputy Site Manager for the 3rd Space Surveillance Squadron at Misawa Japan. His responsibilities included supervising a low voltage power plant (certified on the Russ Electric Switchgear), HVAC, electrical systems, fire suppression systems, security, quality assurance, preventive maintenance within the Radomes, LAN/WAN and program management. His unit received the 21st Space Wing Golden Knight award for exceptional maintenance and operations support. Further, he received the Top Air Force Safety award twice. In addition, the CEO was the 73rd Space Group, Chief of Logistics providing support to eight geographical separated units.  The CEO spearheaded the phase-in and day-to-day operations of the Air Force Space Command's $360M,  Space Surveillance projects.  Lastly, he is a former Proposal Manager for ITT Industries, Lockheed Martin, URS, Lear Siegler ACS State-Local Solutions and GTE Government Systems.  While at ACS State-Local Solutions he maintained a win rate of 80% and opened new business projects in Kansas and Nevada.He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Colorado Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management.  Additionally the COO has two Master of Arts degrees in Procurement and Acquistion Management/Human Resources Development from Webster University. 

 

  • Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO is an Air Force Veteran and  was an Air Force information management specialist, where she was in charge of Air Force education and training correspondence and administrative support. She fully understands the information management field to include Base Information Transfer Center (BITC) Services, publications, and forms accounts and records management. She is an accomplished Manager who was instrumental in preparing and teaching employee training programs and conducting in-depth newcomer orientations. As a Senior Manager in the Healthcare Industry, her philosophy of providing a good product to the customer while taking care of your people is the foundation of LOGMET LLC. The COO is a Phi Theta Kappa graduate and Registered Nurse in the State of Texas and Colorado.  Currently she is pursing a Juris Doctorate in Law. 

 

  • Marketing/Business Development Manager.  The Marketing/Business Development Manager is as retire Air Force Officer that served in the United States Air Force for 31 years in missile Guidance and Flight Control systems, Munitions systems, Base Supply and Fuels management. After retiring from the Air Force he served as a Contract Project Manager in logistics operations contracts to include Base Supply, Fuels management, and Vehicle Maintenance and Operations. He attended Webster University St Louis, Missouri, earnig a  MA in Acquisition and Logistics and Louisiana Tech University Ruston, Louisiana, earning BA in Social Sciences

 

  • Human Resouces Manager.   The HR Manager provided Human Resources management for Safety, Human Resources and Engineering organizations in areas such as position classification and management, employee relations, and staffing at NASA Ames Research Center - Mountain View CA.  Exceeded customers’ expectations by proactively meeting with newly assigned managers, discussing outstanding issues, prioritizing needs and following through on actions to completion. Selected as the Project Lead for the implementation of a new agency-wide automated system for recognizing and rewarding employees. Managed the development of stakeholder analyses, project requirements, and training plans. Provided stand-up training to new users of the system. Designed and oversaw the administration of an employee survey assessing possible barriers to training and recognition programs and events from an Equal Opportunity perspective. Improved team morale and communication within the Human Resources department by coordinating and co-facilitating monthly discussion groups. Co-facilitated 3-day training session for new supervisors and project managers. Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  Professional in Human Resources Certification. 

 

  • Payroll and Finance  Administrator.   The Payroll and Finance  Administrator has extensive experience working in a high-paced professional setting. She has 7 years of service in administrative assistant and supervisory roles. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Adept at independently prioritizing responsibilities and managing multiple concurrent projects. Technically advanced in current MS and MAC operating systems, as well as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, OneNote, and Great Plains Dynamics; strong knowledge of ADP, SAP, SharePoint, IWork, Dreamweaver, and Adobe Acrobat.
